How fast do you reply?

Within two business days, by email, to the work address you give. Say which of the five things you need in the first line and the reply goes to the right person first time.

How do I get a written quote?

Write with what you want to run, where, and how much. Quotes cover database sizes, GPU capacity and running on your own devices. Everything on the published rate card needs no quote; the console charges the listed hourly rate.

What does a pilot look like?

Ten nodes, 60 days, a pass mark you set before the first workload. Week one is the account and the first workload; the rest is your test; a review at day 30 and a decision at day 60. Hosted nodes or your own devices.

How do I get the security evidence?

Ask for it here. Triple X sends an NDA, then the pack: the SOC 2 Type II report, unqualified opinion, period November 1, 2025 to January 30, 2026; the penetration test letter; and the subprocessor list. The HIPAA business associate agreement comes on request.

What do you do with what I send?

Three fields: name, work email, what you need. Triple X uses them to reply. A privacy request about your data goes through the same form with "Privacy" in the first line. We never ask for root credentials, API keys or bank details by email.

Should I write before starting on my own devices?

Yes. Enrolling your own servers or buying Triple X Cloud Nodes starts with a written quote and an enrolment spec. Hosted capacity needs no call: create an account and the free tier is open the same day.

Can I start without writing to you?

Yes. The free tier needs no credit card and no call: one small machine for 750 hours a month, 10 GB of storage, 1 GB outbound transfer, one shared-CPU database. Write when you need a quote, a pilot or the evidence.

How do I report a security problem?

Use the form with "Security" in the first line, or email the sales address with the same subject. Triple X acknowledges within two business days and tells you who is handling it. Do not include credentials or live data in the report.
