Nothing proprietary to learn. Standard APIs, one CLI.
A REST API, one CLI, SDKs in TypeScript, Python and Go, and an MCP server so an agent can run your cloud. Standard Kubernetes, the S3 API, PostgreSQL 17.
The documentation is hosted by the platform underneath, at docs.nexqloud.io.

All questionsDo I have to learn anything proprietary?
No. Kubernetes is conformant, storage is the S3 API, databases are PostgreSQL 17 and the MongoDB wire protocol, and the registry is OCI. One REST API, one CLI, SDKs in TypeScript, Python and Go, and an MCP server.
Proofthe interface table on this page and the API reference in the documentation.[1]
Can an agent run my cloud?
Yes. The MCP server exposes create and manage operations over the Model Context Protocol, so an agent can launch machines, clusters, buckets and databases with your API key. Set a budget alert before you hand it the key.
Proofthe MCP server page in the documentation.
What does it cost to build against it?
The free tier: one dc2.small for 750 hours a month, 10 GB of storage, 1 GB of outbound transfer and one shared-CPU database, no credit card. Beyond that, the published rate card, hourly, with no minimum term.
Proofthe free tier and the rate card in the published pricing, August 1, 2026.[7]
What does it cost to move my stack off later?
Outbound transfer from $0.01 per GB and nothing else. Because every interface is standard, your manifests, S3 calls, SQL and images apply elsewhere without a rewrite. No exit fee, no minimum term.
Proofthe transfer bands in the published pricing and the no-exit-fee clause in your contract.[7]
How are credentials handled?
One bearer API key per account. SSH by ed25519 or RSA key, no passwords. Storage keys scoped to named buckets; registry tokens per project; each secret shown once and revoked on its own. Triple X never asks for keys by email.
Proofthe controls list on the Security page and the credential guides in the documentation.[2]
Does the same API work on my own devices?
Yes. Devices you own join your private cloud, and the REST API, CLI, SDKs and MCP server address them the same way as hosted nodes. Placement is a parameter on the create call, not a different product.
Proofthe Sovereign page and the region and zone fields in the API reference.[5]
Is there a status page or a published rate limit?
Not yet. There is no public status page and no published API rate limit. Ask Triple X for the current figures in writing. Account ceilings are published: Starter begins with 5 machines, 2 clusters and 8 cores.
Proofthe Honest limits section on this page and the account limits in the published pricing.[7]
How do I know the Kubernetes is standard?
The platform passed 428 of 428 conformance tests on v1.34.0. The CNCF listing is in progress, so until it appears, ask Triple X for the conformance results. kubectl and Helm work unchanged.
Proofthe conformance run, listing with CNCF in progress.[1]
How do I start?
Create an account, mint an API key, install the CLI, and launch a dc2.small from the quickstart. Add your SSH key first. The documentation is hosted by the platform underneath; the link is at the top of this page.
Proofthe quickstart in the documentation, August 1, 2026.[5]
What is missing for a CI pipeline?
No Terraform provider yet; drive the CLI or an SDK from your pipeline. No persistent volumes documented for Kubernetes, no node autoscaling, no image scanning in the registry. Pin images by digest and scan in CI.
