One private network per customer.
A country, an agency or a carrier each runs apart from the others. Nothing is reachable from outside unless you publish it.
Inbound freeOutbound from $0.01 per GB, no exit fee[1]
On your own devices or ours, inside your private cloud's own network. Billed by the hour, no minimum term.
What you get
Four things to know.
- Isolating an agency or a business unit
- Private databases
- Publishing an app over HTTPS
One private network per customer
Your machines, clusters and databases talk inside it. No other customer can see it.
Publish only what you choose
HTTPS ingress by allowed domain, certificates renewed for you. Databases stay private by default.
Keys, not passwords
SSH by key. Storage and registry credentials scoped and revoked one at a time.
Failover across the network
If a node fails, work moves across the network of 1,800+ nodes under the policy you set.
Price
Transfer
| Direction | Rate |
|---|---|
| Inbound | Free |
| Inside the same region | Free |
| Outbound, first 1 TB | $0.01 per GB |
| Outbound, 1 to 10 TB | $0.008 per GB |
| Outbound, above 10 TB | $0.006 per GB |
No exit fee. Leaving costs the transfer rate and nothing else, and it is in the contract.[2]
Card data and PCI scope
Two controls keep a cardholder data environment small: one private network per customer, and ingress published only for the domains you allow. Databases stay on private endpoints by default.
The attestation behind the platform is a SOC 2 Type II report, available under NDA. It is not a PCI Attestation of Compliance; your assessor scopes your environment.
Not yet
- Site-to-site VPN and peering to your own data centre are arranged with an engineer, not from the console.
Where it runs
On our nodes or your own devices, inside your private cloud's own network. If a node fails, work moves across the network under the policy you set.

All questionsWhat does one private network per customer mean in practice?
Your machines, clusters and databases talk to each other inside it. No other customer can see it. Nothing is reachable from outside until you publish an HTTPS ingress route for a domain you allow.
Proofthe network and ingress guides in the documentation and the controls list on the Security page.
What does networking cost?
Inbound is free. Traffic inside the same region is free. Outbound is $0.01 per GB for the first TB, $0.008 from 1 to 10 TB and $0.006 above that. Ingress and certificates add no line to the bill.
Proofthe transfer bands in the published pricing, August 1, 2026.[1]
Is there any charge to leave?
No exit fee, and it is in the contract. Leaving costs the outbound transfer rate and nothing else. For buyers under the EU Data Act, switching charges are capped at direct cost now and prohibited from January 12, 2027.
Proofthe no-exit-fee clause in your contract and the Data Act text.[3]
Can the operator see my traffic?
The platform underneath sees that a network exists and how much crosses it, not the contents. Operator actions are logged. Published services use HTTPS with certificates renewed for you. Databases stay on private endpoints unless you choose otherwise.
Proofthe access table on the Security page and the SOC 2 Type II report under NDA.[4]
Can the network span my devices and hosted nodes?
Yes. One private cloud can hold devices you own and hosted nodes in one private network, placed in the regions you pick. Peering to your own data centre and site-to-site VPN are arranged with an engineer.
Proofthe Sovereign page and a written design note from Triple X for your private cloud.
Does this help with PCI scope?
Two controls keep a cardholder data environment small: one private network per customer, and ingress only for allowed domains. The platform holds a SOC 2 Type II report, not a PCI Attestation of Compliance. Your assessor scopes your environment.
Proofthe PCI note on this page and the PCI DSS v4.0.1 document library.[5]
What happens when a node fails?
Work moves inside your private cloud first, then across the network of 1,800+ nodes if you allow it, under the placement policy you set. The fleet count is company-stated. Ingress routes follow the work.
Proofthe failover rules on the Reliability page and the company-stated fleet count.[2]
How do I publish an app?
Create an ingress route for a domain you allow, point a CNAME at it, and the certificate is issued and renewed for you. HTTP only for now; TCP and UDP load balancers are not yet offered.
Proofthe ingress and certificate guide in the documentation, August 1, 2026.[6]
What do I need, and what is not included?
An account and a domain you control. Site-to-site VPN and data centre peering are arranged with an engineer, not from the console. No published API rate limit or status page yet; ask Triple X for the current figures in writing.
Proofthe Not yet list on this page and the Developers page, checked October 2026.
No questions under this term yet. Ask Triple X.
