Your devices run it. A sovereign platform runs underneath.

Triple X Cloud is the console, the API and the login. Underneath it, the NexQloud Sovereign platform schedules work and bills the hour on hardware you choose, without seeing inside your work.

How it is built

Four layers, and who holds each one.

  1. Your devices.

Racks you already own, Triple X Cloud Nodes you buy, or both.

  2. Your network.

One private network per customer. Publish only what you choose.

  3. NexQloud underneath.

It schedules and bills. It sees that work exists, not what is in it.

  4. Failover you set.

Inside your private cloud first, then across the NexQloud network if you allow.[1]

Who operates what

Two companies, one clear line between them.

  • TripleXPOS LLC

Operates Triple X Cloud, contracts with you, and supplies Triple X Cloud Nodes. A Wyoming limited liability company.

  • NexQloud Technologies, Inc.

Operates the NexQloud Sovereign platform underneath: the control plane, the console, the API and the network of 1,800+ nodes.[1]

  • What the platform holds

A SOC 2 Type II attestation with an unqualified opinion, by Prescient Security; HIPAA business associate terms; CMMC Level 2 in progress.[2]

What do I buy from Triple X, and what runs underneath?

You buy Triple X Cloud: the console, the API, the login, the contract and the bill, from TripleXPOS LLC. Underneath, the NexQloud Sovereign platform, run by NexQloud Technologies, Inc., schedules the work and meters the hour. Two companies, one line between them.

Proofthe operator notice on this page and in the footer, and your service agreement with TripleXPOS LLC.

Can I run it on servers I already own?

Yes. Racks you already have, Triple X Cloud Nodes you buy from Triple X, or a mix. Your devices join your private cloud and appear in the same console with the same API and the same bill as hosted capacity.

Proofthe four layers on this page and a written quote from Triple X for your private cloud.

Where does my work run?

On the devices you enrolled or the hosted nodes in your private cloud, in the region you pick. Placement is pinned before anything is scheduled. Work pinned to named devices stays on those devices unless your policy says otherwise.

Proofthe placement and failover controls listed on the Security page, and the placement fields on each create call in the documentation.[3]

What does it cost on my own devices?

The platform charge for enrolled devices and the price of a Triple X Cloud Node are on quote. Hosted capacity uses the published rate card: machines from $0.024 an hour, storage $0.02 per GB a month, hourly billing, no minimum term.

Proofthe published rate card, August 1, 2026, and a written quote from Triple X for your devices.[4]

What does it cost to leave?

Outbound transfer from $0.01 per GB, and nothing else. No exit fee, no minimum term. Devices you own stay yours; wipe them and leave your private cloud. Hosted work stops billing the hour you stop it.

Proofthe transfer bands and the no-minimum-term rule in the published pricing, and the no-exit-fee clause in your contract.[4]

Who can see inside my work?

You, and the people you add to your private cloud. The platform underneath sees that a workload exists, how large it is and what it costs, not what is in it. Operator actions are logged. For data no one may read in use, add Sealed.

Proofthe access table on the Security page and the SOC 2 Type II report under NDA.[2]

What happens when one of my devices fails?

The work restarts on another node inside your private cloud first. If your policy allows, it can move across the NexQloud network of 1,800+ nodes, a company-stated figure. If your policy forbids leaving named devices, it waits for one of them.

Proofthe failover rules on the Reliability page and the company-stated fleet count, October 2026.[1]

What proof stands behind the platform?

A SOC 2 Type II attestation with an unqualified opinion, by Prescient Security, period November 1, 2025 to January 30, 2026. A HIPAA business associate agreement is available. CMMC Level 2 is in progress. The report is under NDA.

Proofthe SOC 2 Type II report, available under NDA through the contact page.[2]

What do I need from my side to start on my devices?

Hardware that meets the enrolment spec Triple X sends with the quote, a network path from each device to your private cloud, and one person who owns the keys. A hosted free-tier account first lets you learn the console before any device arrives.

Proofthe enrolment spec and the written quote Triple X sends after a contact-page request.

What is not included?

Power, racks and the network at your site are yours. Hardware repair for your own servers is yours; for Triple X Cloud Nodes it follows the purchase terms. Application design and backup schedules are yours too, with the tools the console gives you.

Proofthe responsibility split in your service agreement and the backup tools listed in the documentation.[3]
