All questions
Will my existing Linux workloads run on it?

Yes, if they run on a Linux server you reach over SSH. You pick one of six sizes, 2 to 64 vCPU, with memory and local NVMe fixed to the size. There is no resize call yet, so choose the size for the job.

What does a machine cost a month?

The smallest size is $0.024 an hour, about $17.50 for a 730-hour month. The largest is $0.768 an hour. Billing is hourly, so a machine stopped for half the month costs half. Inbound traffic is free.

Proofthe published rate card, hourly billing with no minimum term, August 1, 2026.[1]

What does it cost to leave?

The outbound transfer rate, from $0.01 per GB, and nothing else. There is no exit fee and no minimum term. Copy your data off, stop the machine, and the meter stops with it.

Who can see what is on my machine?

You and the people you add to your private cloud. The platform underneath sees that a machine exists, its size and its cost, not what is inside it. Operator actions are logged. SSH is by key only; there is no password login.

Can I run machines on servers I already own?

Yes. Your devices join your private cloud, and the same console, API and rate card apply. Triple X quotes the platform charge in writing with your private cloud. Or run on hosted nodes, or mix the two.

Where does the machine physically run?

In the region and zone you pick at launch, on your devices or on hosted nodes inside your private cloud's own network. There is no published region list; the API and the CLI return the live list before you launch.

What happens when the node under my machine fails?

Work moves to another node inside your private cloud first, then across the wider network if your policy allows. Snapshots and backups run over the API, and you should keep them, because local NVMe lives with the machine.

What proof exists that the platform is run properly?

A SOC 2 Type II examination with an unqualified opinion and no exceptions noted, covering November 1, 2025 to January 30, 2026. The full report is available under NDA. The fleet count of 1,800+ nodes is company-stated.

How do I start, and what do I need?

Create an account, add an ed25519 or RSA public key, and launch a dc2.small on the free tier: 750 hours a month, no credit card. You need an SSH client and a key pair. Starter accounts begin with 5 machines.

What is not included yet?

No resize or reboot call: stop, snapshot and relaunch instead. No detachable block storage, no GPU size on a virtual machine, no autoscaling group. GPU capacity is quoted separately. Ask Triple X in writing for anything you need that is not listed.
