Privacy notice

This notice covers the personal data TripleXPOS LLC ('we', 'us') collects through this site and the Triple X Cloud console.

It does not cover the data you store or process inside your own private cloud. That data is yours, and the service terms you sign govern how it is handled.

• Your name and email, and your company and role if you give them.
• Account details: the login you create, the API keys you issue, and billing details for the account.
• Usage records: which services you run, how much, and for how long, so we can bill by the hour and show you the breakdown.
• The messages you send us.

Never collected by email or form: root credentials, API secrets or bank account numbers. We never ask for them.

• To run your account and bill it.
• To reply to your messages.
• To send you service notices, such as maintenance or a change to these pages.
• To send you updates about Triple X Cloud, which you can stop at any time.

NexQloud Technologies, Inc. operates the NexQloud Sovereign platform underneath Triple X Cloud and processes account and usage records for us. Service providers that host this site and send our email process it for us.

We may also share it when the law requires.

We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising.

The platform underneath holds a SOC 2 Type II attestation with an unqualified opinion, issued by Prescient Security. The full report is available under NDA. A HIPAA business associate agreement is available for covered workloads. CMMC Level 2 is pursued and not yet assessed.

Optional cookies, such as analytics, stay off unless you agree to them. We use no advertising cookies.

The site keeps a few settings in your browser, such as a paused animation or a chosen filter. They stay on your device.

Account and billing records are kept for as long as your account is open and for the period tax and accounting law requires after it closes. Messages and marketing contacts are kept until you ask us to delete them, or for 24 months after our last contact with you, whichever comes first.

You can ask to see or delete your data, or to stop updates.
