This site is run by TripleXPOS LLC ('we', 'us'), a Wyoming limited liability company.

Triple X Cloud runs on the NexQloud Sovereign platform, operated by NexQloud Technologies, Inc. Triple X contracts with you; NexQloud operates the platform underneath.

• Use this site lawfully.
• No security testing without our written agreement.
• No scraping.
• Logins are for business use, one person each. Keep yours to yourself.
• Send us only information you may share.

Keep these out of every form and message:

• Root credentials, passwords or API secrets
• Bank account numbers
• Classified or CUI-marked files
• ITAR or EAR technical data

We never ask for your credentials or bank details by email.

Prices on this site come from the published rate card, in U.S. dollars, billed by the hour with no minimum term. They can change; the rate card in your account is the one that bills you.

Figures labeled "Sample data" are illustrations, not customer results.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax or compliance advice. Whether a placement, a tier or a control meets a rule that applies to you is your decision and your adviser's.

The site comes with no guarantee. Uptime commitments, service credits and support terms live in the service agreement you sign, not on this site.

We sign a service agreement with each customer before any account is billed. It governs your account, your data and the platform underneath.

Triple X owns the Triple X name and marks. NexQloud owns the platform, this site's software and the NexQloud marks. Kubernetes, PostgreSQL and other names belong to their owners.

Sites we link to, such as the documentation, have their own terms.

We may change or pause the site at any time. We may end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

When we change these terms, we post the new version on this page.
